I am a user of jio fiber internet connection from more then one year and it is not working since four days I have complained many times but they are not resolving it and faking promise of resolution by tomorrow each time I complaints. I am facing loss of 13.3 rupee + 18% tax each day as I have a active recharge plan along with some intangible losses which is more then this small amount. Please help me get out of this.
