I have prepaid GTPL broadband connection in Sanad,Gujrat,India.But since I got the connection , internet is not coming.I have requested them to resolve the problem but they are not interested in resolving my problem.I asked them to refund my fees for their poor service delivery as per their policy.But they have no such policy and dening my rights.
