We had taken a plan a year ago from Airlink Communications. But suddenly on 25th March 2021 our internet connection stopped working.
So we had lodged a complaint regarding this issue with the company which registered through whatsapp and issued Complaint Number-20210330512.
Since then our internet has not started working. Each time we visit there office we were given false promises.
As there were worst staff cooperation.
We never got satisfied with there replies.
We complaint regularly but our issue was not solved even once.
From 29th March 2021 till today i.e.16th June 2021 our problem with internet service is not solve inspite of regular complaints online & offline.
