Not hear complain and close aromatically

I used gtpl broadband last year with plan 40mbps and now I renew it with 60 Mbps speed plan. But I complain about speed last 15 days always they take complains and close it automatically.I have message that person of service which name is tushar patel is on the way and visit for my speed problem but no any person visit at my home and message me my problem is solved and they closed my all complains. Many times I complain this by call in customer care,also complain with gtpl app and mails.
