This is to inform you that I am holding above mentioned connection of broad band . I am also enclosing herewith the bill for your perusal .After great difficulties I could connect to your customer care on 18 April 2017 vide service no 255922253 of non performance of Broadband connection . Since then Broadband is out of order . Above connection is in advance rental . You are requested to disconnect the same immediately and arrange for the refund of the advance at earliest and oblige .
