Excessive Bill against voda phone and misleading

Dear Sir,

This has reference to my cell number 9830260743, a/c no. 1.21240658. My services has been restricted stating exceeding credit limits. As I called at your no. 199, I was told that my outstanding amount is something around Rs 28,000.00 (Rupees Twenty Eight thousand only). I express severe concern on the amount stated from your end.

I would like to mention that before travelling out of country, I called your customer service asking the international roaming rates. I was told that the rates would be Rs 12.00 /min and hearing the rate I asked to activate international roaming. I received the following message from your end:

4th May,2016 - combined unbilled usage Rs 5197.00

12.03 pm, 9th May,2016 - usage till date Rs 22503.00

12.04pm, 9th May,2016 - Usage till date Rs 14967.00

I question the authenticity of the information shared from your end. I had been your very old customer and had never ever failed any dues. But I donot agree with the chargeable amount, its exorbitant. I request you to look into this matter immediately and resolve it, otherwise I will be forced to move the consumer court.

I request to stop my international roaming with effect from now, 9.15 pm, 9th May, 2016.
