I HAVE PURCHASED LYF SET AND GOT A RELIANCE JIO SIM ON 4TH OCTOBER.NUMBER IS 7001031401.I HAVE GOT INTRODUCTORY OFFER OF 100 MIN VOICE CALL,100 SMS FREE AND 2 GB NET.BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT GOT THE FREE UNLIMITED VOICE CALL AND NET(JIO WELCOME OFFER).I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMERCARE EVERYDAY AND LODGED A COMPLAINT ON 4TH OCTOBER(COMPLAINT NO-SR00000216Y5).BUT THEY HAVE NOT SOLVED THE ISSUE.ONCEAGAIN THEY HAVE RAISED A COMPLAINT ON 13TH OCTOBER(COMPLAINT NO-SR0000028SOJ).EVERYTIME THEY ARE SAYING THAT THEIR NETWORK TEAM IS WORKING ON THIS.BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT GOT ANY SOLLUTION.MY ALTERNATE NO IS 9002941808.
