Theft Claim not settled since 3 months, Apps Daily Mobile Insurance Claim

I filed this theft claim on 27.12.2016. I was promised to be paid Rs 30450/- as compensation for my I phone 6 16 Gb Rose Gold , which the documents asked from me had been submitted , still the claim has not been settled as promised of giving the amount with in 1 month of sending my bank details to the organization.




I paid Rs 4500 for the enrolment of my I phone insurance coverage

Paid Rs 13050/- for the difference 30% deduction of the invoice value

Total amount paid Rs 17550/- till date and still waiting for the claim amount which is a clear harassment of the customer like me.
