Sir my name is Ashok Naik I m senior citizen retired bsnl officer. I took meditek mediclaim on 2011 from Bank of India and regularly paid my premium Now I want to undergo wid my caterat operation when I submitted my documents n contacted meditek customer agent dey firstly talked very rudely to me dey ver asking for recent year policy no. But never I got my new policy no. I have my policy card which I recd on 2011 dey r saying it is expired now dey want new policy no. But bank never provided me new no. N nor insurance co. Provided me ny new policy no. As i m regular in paying my premium Now when I want to use my policy m not getting my cashless benefit nor dey r helping me in getting it..
Being retired person it is very hectic for me to follow up dis all procedure
Now I want to know whether I m fool to pay dis premium regularly
