Deffered service ,lying to customer and company saving employee on his illwork

Dear Sir

Inclusion of New Born Baby is their in their terms and condition .

Star Health Insurance is declining my request Due To following reason stated by them:

1. Birth Date of New Born Baby 16-02-2017 .

2. Time duration for addition of New born Baby- After 15 days of birth of child.

3. Renewal Date of policy 23-04-2017.

Insurance company is saying that you have to inform us before renewal of policy. I have informed them several times but they have not attended my request.

Kindly help me for the same.
