Dear Sir,

I bought a new iphone 6 and insured my phone from the company name apps you need. My mobile has been damage on 24 jun (under insurance period) and declared as a total loss when its checked by authorize apple service center.

When i try to call insurance company call center. Its always said all the representative are busy now. I also trying to mail but all time mail was failed.
