Repair of my mobile Samsung Note 4, false and fake promise made by company to me

Sir,
i was told at the time of purchasing insurance that i will be get repair or replace within 10 days guarantee if any fault or defeat has been arised within guarantee period. On 20th August 2016 i have submitted my phone and claim for repair of my mobile phone make Samsung Note 4 but still after 13 days there is no reply/ response from them and i am casuing a hardship due to false and fake promise made by company to me. i request to please investigate in my matter and help me in getting justice...
