ONE CLAIM OF DECEASED ANAMIKA THAPA WAS FILED WITH ALL REQUISITE DOCUMENTS WITH LIC DIVSIONAL OFFICE P&GS IN FEBRURAY . THE HAD DONE A NEFT TRANSACTION ALBEIT WITH THE WRONG ACCOUNT NO . THEIR MISTAKE WAS POINTED OUT BUT THEY HAVE NOT CREDITED THE AMOUNT YET
