Claim rejected and not providing complete details

I had purchase an Iphone 7plus for 63,000 and had insured my phone with One Assist paying 7000. My phone was stolen and I registered an FIR in which I mentioned that I had kept the phone in my pocket and after that it went missing. The one assist customer care executive informed me that the claim has been rejected on grounds of Loss due to mysterious circumstances.
I have few points to highlight :
1. One Assist seems to be 3rd Party agent and the insurance company that covers is different.
2. The terms and conditions are not written and available for the consumer anywhere in the website.
3. If the phone is missing from pocket, then this should be a clear case of stolen. ( Just to add the Police Station never try to lodge an FIR if you write theft or Stolen)
4. Even after asking for the entire exclusion list and clauses, the Customer service representative denied to provide any information.
My phone was very costly and I am still paying the EMI. Its very disheartening that even after paying for the Insurance, you are not safe. I could have bought a normal smartphone with the amount of money I paid for Insurance (7000 rs)
I just want a replacement phone. Please help..
