Dedicated Healthcare Service - Reimbursement of mediclaim settled but amount not received.

My son was hospitalized for three days. I submitted medical reports to get medical expenses for this.

Dedicated team verified the claim and approved it also. But Still I did not received the amount and waiting for more than one year.

I contacted followings persons many time over email but they did not listen me.
