My parents are register under medical insurance of TPA Mediassist in Standard policy. Recently my father had a prostate operation due to congestion in the urinary track. As my father had a past history of prostate cancer the TPA has rejected the claim by saying that this is a case of complication of the prostate cancer which was not covered under the insurance. But I have produced all my recent medical documents such as PSA report & Trans-rectal USG to support that the prostate cancer is now cured and does not have any complications at this moment. Now they are not responding to me. The claim no. is 93021785 and policy# 070300/28/15/P1/11532833.
