Life Insurance Corporation Of India not crediting the Surrender value amount in my bank account insp

Dear Sir,

Please be informed that I Souvik Paul owned a LIC Policy no :447254826 which was surrendered on 11.04.2022 at LIC Sodepur branch , Branch Code : 41C Ref Receipt no: KSDO/OS/118 following all the necessary procedures and submitting all the relevant documents needed for the same and got the receipt copy for the same. but unfortunately the surrender value amount has not been credited yet in my bank account in spite of the given 10-15 Days TAT over. I am currently running into a huge financial crisis due to medical urges. I launched several complaints through LIC customer care and Customer portal and mail but the problem is not yet resolved.

Therefore, It's my earnest request to kindly highlight this matter in your esteemed column so that the problem could get resolved soon.
