Paid insurance money with home and returning 50% only home loan from HFFC

Sir,
I had a home loan from HFFC ( home first finance company)and insisted to take the bhartia axa insurance for home safety. Loan amount is 13L and insurance amt is 58k total amount is 13.58L @ rate of interest 13.75% which I paid on both home loan and insurance. Now I closed the loan from HFFC and closed the insurance also but they have a policy to return only 45% of my insurance amount.
I paid 58K insurance amt and paid 13.75% interest from 1.5 yrs and I will get back only 26K apprx.

I feel that I have been cheated by bhartia axa life insurance.

Please help me in this matter.
