I have purchased mobile insurance from PICKME ESOLUTION INDIA PVT LTD. I have registered for a claim on 24th March 2016 and my device has been collected from me in the month of april 2016. They have given me the commitment that the claim will take 21 Working days to complete. But since it is around 4 months complete and still i haven't received my device back to me and always giving fake commitment. I would like to take a legal action against the company.
