MAX life insurance policy premium Fraud in Premium Payment

Hi,

I paid my MAX life insurance policy premium (Policy number 755997160) via NEFT from my corporation bank account on 29th/nov/2017. On 4th/Dec, I visited to MAX life insurance corporate office for Premium payment receipt. Max Life customer's representative confirmed me that payment was received for policy number -755997160 and sent me confirmation mail on my personal emial-id with Payment Receipt . On 16th/Dec/2017, again amount 50000 Rs debited via ECS from my saving account of Citi Bank. Two Times payment Max life taken for same policy (policy number -755997160 ). Now Max Life denying for 1st Payment.
