My name is Tukaram Sopan Suryawanshi . I had purchased a mobile ( model No : Asus Zenfone Max) from Neha Cellulars shop Pimpri pune -411017 on dated 22.09.2016.

i also took insurance for this mobile .

Due to an accident on 02.11.2016 , the screen of my mobile was a little bit damaged . Regarding this i claim for the insurance and complete all the legal formalities acording to rule on 04.11.2016. they approved our claim and assured me to give my mobile as soon as possible . noow it has been about 3 months to go , i have neither received my mobile nor the refund . i have taken so many follow ups regarding that but they did not utter any of my calls . after that i completly lost my patience then i decided to go to shop where i had purchased the mobile, Shopkeeper gave me contact number of sales person but unfortunately they also not concerned my case seriously . they also are not picking my calls, i have totally frustrated now , as they are not giving back my damaged mobile too. So Sir , you are my last hope , i need proper justice and i hope you will take my case as top priority .
