Payment taken Three Times and refunded only once

no assistance on this yet!! Premium was taken thrice for same year. When I contacted I was informed you'll settle it for consequent years. I received emails that payments have failed twice so I processed it third time from my credit card and your staff is asking me to send my statement. if it hits my statement I'll have to pay a credit card bill of almost Rs. 1,00,000. My calls were diconnected. Chats were poorly managed.
