I purchase mobile insurance policy from Oneassist mobile insurance company. i paid 1300 rs for MI Note 3 mobile insurance. my mobile screen is damage so i give it on 27-07-2016. i receive message from MI service on 27-08-2016 that my mobile is repaired. also i visited to MI service center and confirm it but problem is that because of payment is not release from Oneassist so they can't delivered it. From oneassist they give reason that because of part not available your mobile due date is changed.

Even they not provide me service handset.

Every time they will give me new due date.
