RESPECTED SIR / MADAM

I HAVE BOUGHT ONLINE TRAVEL INSURANCE WITH IFFCO TOKIO
MY POLICY NUMBER P400# WAS 53204380 ISSUED ON 10/02/2016. THEN DUE TO MY VISA ISSUE I HAVE REQUESTED IFFCO TOKIO TO CANCEL MY TRAVEL POLICY AND PROCESS THE REFUND CAUSE I AM NOT ABLE TO TRAVEL. IFFCO TOKIO THEN REPLIED ME TO VISIT THE SURAT BRANCH WITH ORIGINAL PASSPORT. I HAVE VISITED THE BRANCH BUT THE LADY EXECUTIVE HAS MISS BEHAVE AND SAID THAT SHE CANT CANCEL POLICY I BOUGHT IT ONLINE I SHOULD REQUEST FOR CANCEL ONLINE CAUSE I NEVER BOUGHT POLICY FROM THERE. I WAS SENDING EMAIL AND MAKING CALLS TO IFFCO TOKIO FOR CANCELLATION OF MY POLICY. THEY HAVE REPLIED (MR. AMIT BHANDARI) THAT POLICY HAS BEEN CANCELED AND REFUND WILL BE PROCESS SOON I NEVER GOT REFUND TILL A WEEK I CALLED AGAIN THEY SAYS I SHOULD VISIT BRANCH I TOLD THEM I HAVE ALLREADY VISITED BUT THEY DNT WANT TO LISTEN THEN THE EXECUTIVE SAID NOW THEY CANCELLING POLICY AGAIN SO I WILL GET A REFUND BY MONDAY LIKE THAT ALLREADY A WHOLE MONTH PASSED BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. THEY ARE MAKING ME FOOL. TODAY ALSO I HAVE CALLED THEY SAYS THERE IS NO UPDATION REGARDING CANCELLATION OF POLICY SO I HAS TO REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION THEN THEY WILL PROCESS SO I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DOING THAT.
