i took complete mobile insurance from syska gadget secure and when i broke my screen of the phone i asked for insurance but the company rejected the insurance without any reason
worst company ever to take insurance and only there to rob the consumers

    This is the worst company I ever experienced. They are cheating with customers. My phone got water damaged and when I register complain they are telling that we are not responsible for that.
    Their work is to make fool customer.

    I had purchased syska gadget insurance. My sony c4 mobile was stolen and lodged complaint with syska mobile. All the procedures done and claim approves on 13/05/2016. And they said amount will transfer in 90 - 120 days. Its been 140 days still they are saying my amount is in process.
    Please help me in this.
