Dear Sir,


With ref to the above subject , I m writing this mail to address the issue , that I have been chasing the The New India Assurance company Limited office- Bhopal from last 4 month’s for my claim settlement, but still after submission of all my bill, FIR & other document , concern authorities were not initiating the process to settle my accident claim , after various followups they were even not giving me proper feedback regarding my claim.

Plz help me out , as my family is totally depend on me & I have taken the loan from sriram finance to purchase the truck , now each month installment is also going on which I have to pay monthly, due to this incident from last 6 month I had managed some money from my near & dear , but now it is not possible to survive , even my children are also suffering due to I have not submitted their school fees for last two month.

I have already written a letter to concern Manager of The New India Assurance company Limited dated 8 nov18 , to resolve & settle our claim , but still no response from their side , I have being visiting the office every week , but they were not responding in proper way.

15 days back we have met with Mr.Ashutosh Okhade (manager) , he assured us to settle the claim with in 10 day’s but 15 day’s passed away we again met him , so he misbehaved with us & told us to do any thing.
