Dear Sir,

I opened my new Exide Life policy 04150136 through Bajaj Capital
at Dated: 09/01/2020. I reached to Surat branch of Exide Life
office at Second Floor, 21st Century Business Centre, Udhna Cross Road, Unit No. D, Ring Rd, Surat, Gujarat 395002 for closing my policy due to some Financially problem with Original
Policy bond, Cancel Cheque of UCO bank, Aadhar Card and Pan Card Xerox,
also with Reason Application. but Mr. Vishal (Exide Branch Manager Surat) guide me for closing my policy i need to get Permission of Bajaj Capital Manager

For approval, i visited Bajaj Capial office at 3RD FLOOR, SAR Corporate Center, Udhna Main Road, near Apple Hospital, Shastri Nagar Society, Aman Nagar, Surat, Gujarat 395002 but branch manger was not their so after telephonic communication with Mrs.Shivani (employee of Bajaj capital) i submitted all my documents to Ms. Liza (employee of Bajaj capital) for close my policy after some day i talk to Bajaj Capital Branch manager Mr. Kamlesh, he said my application and all documents sent towards for cancel but they Refuse my application only for I give them financially reason to close my policy its not genuine reason from his side that he said… also i must have to continue my policy their is no option for me … which he said… to me….but didn't give any kind of information by writing…

my period of free cancellation is over but i still want to close my policy in a free look term because of Bajaj Capital Branch manager Mr. Kamlesh & Exide Life Branch manager (Mr. Vishal), i am not trusting any person in your Surat Branch.they all are frauds.

Help me to close my policy in a free look term and take strict Action Against Exide Life Branch manager (Mr. Vishal) & Bajaj Capital Branch manager Mr. Kamlesh who miss guide me. Other wise help me to get proof which my application refused by Bajaj Capital officially.

I HAVE MY APPLICATION WHICH IS I SUBMITTED AT EXIDE LIFE OFFICE SURAT (1) POLICY CLOSING APPLICATION (WHICH IS NOT ACCEPTED) (2) ALSO AGAINST YOUR BRANCH MANAGER Mr. VISHAL & STAFF WHO NOT GIVEN PROPER INFORMATION TO ME
