Dear sir,
i,Chaturbhai D.Nakrani, am Policy holder of the oriental health insurance from last 8 to 10 years. last year, i.e. on july 2017, i have claimed my mediclaim policy numbered 171600/48/2018/3658. i had treatment of kidndy stone in Dhameliya kidney hospital, surat. the treatment was cashless. and after that i had given my medical file for claim of the additional expenses which was of RS 8397. now company has given only cashless amount to the hospital after 1.2 years i.e. on 30/08/2018. now they are not giving my additional claim amount by saying that your policy cover is only of rs. 100000. but from last 3 years my policy is having covered amount of 200000. but company is considering the pocicy of the year 2013-14.
then i provided all the policy of last 6 years so that company can know thet my covered amount was 200000. it means that my claim has been rejected intentionally without any reason. and now when i try to contact the responsible person who is not giving
proper answer.
This matter is running from last 1.3 years
here, i have attached the one draffted detail which i have given to the company for the clarification.
so, its my humble request to you to help me in providing my claimed amount which has been stopped without any reason.
