Dear Sir/Madam,
I have paid my premium to Max life Insurance on 15/05/2019 by sbi credit card, now I have received policy lapse mail from Max Life Insurance , I have called to Max customer care and they said that your payment is declined by bank, Then I called to sbi bank they said there are no any single declination for Max Life Insurance also they provide Payment reference id VT 191360019012760000215 and Authorized id 018922.
Then I again call to max care officer for the same then officer said that your payment declined by bank, I have submitted sbi card statement and sbi bank statement to Max care they are not giving proper reply regarding the same and after 10 days of followup and many emails to max my policy is in laps mode after giving premium,
I have mentally harassment from insurance compnay...
