i purchased phone insurance of Rs999/-. I logged claim on Saturday 29th July 2017 after that that asked me to upload the required document, 28 July i uploaded the documents after that they told me to wait for 48hrs. after 48hrs i called customer care many time but there is no response from insurance company. then i got mail on 31 July 2017 that "kindly send self confirmation mail stating that Raju alexander and Raju both are the same person " so reverted them on 1 Aug 2017 and send them Affidavit & newspaper cutting in which it is clearly mentioned that Raju & Raju Alexander both are my names. after that i got call on 5th Aug 2017 and they told me that we have not received mailfrom your side so i told them date and time of mail, they told we want self confirmation mail stating that Raju alexander and Raju both are the same person. so i told them that i sent you the documents related to my name isssue. thet refused the Affidavit for accepting related to my name issue. they told we need self confirmation. so on same day within half an hour i again sent mail stating that Raju alexander and Raju both are my name. on 17th Aug 2017 i logged in company's website to check the status, when i checked the status i found that they want Govt issued ID i uploaded my PAN card now again they are asking to wait for 48hrs.
1. they are not asking documents in one or two shorts
2. they are not giving any update.
making harassment to customers.
Till dated i am not able to use my phone.
