X ray -Fracture-No real treatment-Asian Institute of Medical Sciences complain

This is to bring in notice an horrible experience we have gone through with AIMS Faridabad- Asian Institute of Medical Sciences
On Saturday, 2nd Jan 2016 – I got my father in emergency as he had fallen from bike (slipped on road) and he was facing unbearable pain in his one side shoulder and chest
He was admitted in emergency, checks etc were done, I got his UHID (00262033) created, deposited all fee etc. He was given pain killer and was advised XRAY, We got V ray done then and there
X Ray Doctor – Dr Ravi Shanker (radiology)– confirmed post X ray that no fracture seen.
Post that orthopedic doctor, Ajay Sharma was called and he was showed Xray report, he also confirmed there is nothing serious. Only a simple arm pouch was recommended with some mild pain killers etc. So we came back after all discussion.
That entire week my father remained in unbearable pain…while coughing or making any movements.
People who were visiting him recommended another doctor, so after a week we visited Prime Hospital in Faridabad itself. After carefully diagnosing same Xray report (which Asian Hospital gave), Doctor Rajiv Gupta confirm that shoulder bone is definitely broken and 2 rib are confirmed fractured with possibility of 3rd rib also looking like broke. Then he gave more medicines to my father with chest belt, shoulder belt along with arm pouch. This finally started giving my father some relief and position from that week onwards started improving
Due to us visiting Asian, Faridabad, my father had to face hell and torcher physically/mentally due to wrong diagnosis…apart from unnecessory money wastage that we did in Asian….that suffering that patient went through was awful.
I registered this complaint against doctors who were in charge of Xray and ortho expert that day as nothing much can be expected anyways form an emergency doctor. In past also we have heard bad reviews about Asian hospital, but this experience which happened with ourselves personally had led us to believe that services of this hospital are pathetic.
I sent them email on January 25th post that did numerous follows up- around 10 times but nobody even bothered to respond. Once they replied saying we are looking in this matter post which no response came
