wrong chasma made

Myself Brij Bhushan Tiwari, I am your regular customer. I was check my eye in the month of may 2019 and order for the chasma.
My vision are not clear when bearing the that googles. Three month i was wear chasma and check with the another hospital found wrong chasma specification.

Staff not clear my quarries and not provide any solution.
