I had made a complaint against Om Chemist and Cosmetics for falsely projecting himself as a doctor ,run a clinic and sell drugs,to d Drugs Dept.On raiding d shop they found that the person was not even having any license to sell drugs.He has falsely got the Drug License no printed on his bill.Taking cognisance of the matter the Drug Inspector got the FIR registered but with very light n insufficient contents.He did not mention all the ingredients of fraud being played by the chemist that too in a high security defense premises.The Shop where he runs his illegal activity was allowed to his widow mother but now his mother has also expired and still Army has not cancelled his allotment and is shielding him and even after the Raid Army is permitting the Chemist to open his shop.There is something seriously illegal going on at a higher level.If any person dies due to his fake and spurious medication then it shall be the sole responsibility of the Army who is allowing such illegal activity to be conducted in its premises.

    dear sir.. please take an immediate action regarding this heavy problem..
    A medical store named jai ambey medicos at tikri border , delhi.. is selling the banned drugs like corex . injections and tablets etc. which ruins a lot of young person and are heavily addicted due to thier use.. please do a raid and helps to close that medical store... a same copy of this is also sent to the C.M window

    I am an American citizen living in east delhi for the past 08 years and very surprised to see that how people make a mockery of rules and regulations in India.

    This is my humble request to take care of the issue I am stating. Mam there is a chemist shop in New Ashok Nagar named as OM SAI MEDICAL AND DEPARTMENTAL STORE which is actively involved in selling of banned drug named COREX and so many other substitutes containing Chlorpheniramine Maleate, and Codeine Phosphate. There are two persons sit at the shop and both of them do not possess any certificate of pharmacy needed to operate a chemist shop instead of that they are paying 2500 to a lady for only displaying her certificate. That lady does not live there or in noway contribute in the operation of the said chemist shop. The man who sits there named as Arun Kumar Jha is himself a drug addict who sits along with his wife and both of them has experience of running kirana store and not a medical store and that person proudly states that no one can do nothing as Drugs control department is in his pocket he always threw money and do whatever he wants.

    So I request you to please take stern actions against him as lives of so many people are at risk. Below mentioned is the address of the above stated chemist shop.
