RUDE BEHAVIOUR AND DENIAL OF PRODUCT

On date 23.11.2016 I approched this medical store for purchasing some medicines with doctors priscription slip. There was no other custmer in the store at that time. For few minutes the store keeper kept ignoring me. Then he said there is no medicines in the store. I asked him 3-4 medicines but he was in denial mood with his rude behaviour. From his behaviour it was clear that he did not want to give me medicines. It was not possible that any of medicines were not availabe. He could also have suggested me alternate medicines but he was very rude and didnt want to talk anymore. Then i ask him if could purchase the medicine on order that i will collect later. But he again denied it. I also had showed him my priscription slip but he was not in mood to talk to me. His rude behaviour and denial of service really pained me. I want him to be penalized for his wrong doing so that he couldnt do same thing to other customers in need of medical help
