No proper response and things correct in order

In mahavir hospital the system of seeing patients is not correct and whenever we want to take appointment we have to make calls in morning time 8 to 9 am and when we make calls no one will lift the call and when we come to hospital in emergency no doctors are available to look and we have to come to hospital in evening time to meet doctor and when we come evening the doctor will not available as they go for rounds and patient have to wait long time to meet doctor for consultation which is not correct.please somebody has to change this system.
