I have wrote mail to CIPLA team but no body responding after that i decide to put case in Jago Grahak Jago.



HI Cipla,
I am sandeep kumar from Muzaffarnagar. My parents suffering from Hepatitis -C since 2013. They are started taking medicine for Hepatitis -C from Meerut.

We started medicine based on doctor consultant and he suggested you can take any make medicine but Cipla repetitiveness sitting in same center and she suggested to start Cipla make medicine and on-behalf of Cipla she will provide Virus load test report after 6 months medicine as complimentary.Last to last month 6 months course completed.When we approached for virus load testing she denied the same.

I will let you know the One major thing" Cipla medicine is much higher the other make medicine"

Now she is denied to do the virus loading test. after that last month itself we contact Cipla one more person" XXXXXXXXXX( I am not putting name here)" he told he will take care. he told just visit Lal path lab and submit the blood sample for virus load testing. My parents went and gives the blood sample before 3 weeks. As per Cipla manager he sent the mail and lal lab will do the virus load. Every week Lal lab asking for confirmation mail from Cipla side but so far not getting as per Lal lab.
When I try to contact with Cipla manager he did pick the phone and after some message exchange in between US.

Now he also denied to do the Virus load. I didn't understand how and why Cipla will harsh the clients.

I am requesting to you, Please look into the matter and resolve the issues.
My parents are in old ages. its very difficult to went to Lab from my village to city to do the blood sample again and again because of Cipla miscommunication.

I am sending my conversation with Cipla representative regarding the same for more clarity. If required




If required more details for investigation, i will provide the same.
