IGNORANCE AT EMERGENCY UNIT MIRA ROAD Part 3

Now the best part , I try to take the lift (02 lifts only) I was stopped to enter one of the lift when it came down…ask me why? Because they had an important thing to be sent up in the elevator which was the DUSTBIN. So once again as my niece in pain was on the 4th floor I was made to wait down cuz they had better things to be sent up in the lift than a person in distress.
Finally we were asked to make payments for the different things that the Hospital had done for us.
Best part charges were made but there were no reports given
CT scan report after persuation was hand written chit by the doctor
The blood test report not given as they said report cannot be printed post 7:30 and when in the night I went to ask for the same I was given the same in written on the paper behind the hospital recipts I had given.
My question to the hospital which needs to be answered by
1) What do u mean by am EMERGENCY UNIT?
2) Does EMERGENCY unti not mean immediate attention to the parient?
3) Is there a need of having well qualified professionals at the EU?
4) Should there not be a doctor on call to make immediate decision in regards with tests need to be done and not make the patient in pain wait until 2-3 hours?
5) Is there no reason why there should be someone from the hospital to guide the patient and its family in disctess?
6) Should immediate priority not to be given to the family of the patient to make the payments who patient is waiting to get surgery and is drowning in pain?

I need absolute strict action to be taking against the hospital. Its not just for what I suffered but its also for all the other people who cannot step up for themselves and become slave to the inhuman treatment given by these so called WELL EDUCATED LIFE savers.
I will not resort without a fight and I will not let this scrape by so easily.
FYI this is not the first instance that Bhakti Vedanta has been accused, but like they say until it happens to you don’t believe it.
I plea to Jago Grahak Jago to help me and take this up. I seek assistance and I seek a compensation for the mental agony and pain that my family and my niece went thru in those gruelling time we spent at BHAKTI VEDANTA MIRA ROAD
