Harrassment to patient

We have reached hospital at 01:00 PM for echo check. At the echo check, we found the hospital doesn't have any place where patient or their attendent can wait. Till 04:00 PM neither doctor not any medical representative were available at the echo center. I can only say that this hospital is only available in durgapur for harrassing patients and their attendents. This type of service we can not even find in goverment hospital, where we have to pay and get harrassed.Lastly I can only say that no one has the right to harass anyone, which you do after taking heavy amount.
