Want refund as there is no cure

I started Dr. Batra homeotherapy treatment for my hair baldness. I checked myself in Dr. Batra clinic in Jadavpur, Kolkata, West Bengal. The doctor told me to give one year for this, but after 3 months of the treatment, i do not see any result at all. The amount of the treatment is too high to not show any result at all. For only laser therapy and some homeopathy medicine, i was charged almost 16000. I want my refund. They can take money for 3 months, but i do not want to waste my money.
