Dear Sir , main Suman Kuamri Gupta (2613018636) apna treatment asansol ESIC hospital me karwa rahi thi jiske liye hospital se hi mujhe bahar Clinic me kuch test karwane ke liye kaha gaya aur kaha se wo test karna hai bhi bataya aur kaha ki iske bill submitt karne par sabhi payment ek sath ho jayenge . maine sare test aur medicine bill submite kiye par last me payment kam diya gaya puchne par mujhe bataya gaya ki ye payment goverment ke rules ke hisab se diya gaya hai....mera total bill Rs. 4640 hua aur mila Rs. 1561.
ab aap hi bataye sir garib adami kya kare . refer esic se kiya gaya kaha test karna hai ye bhi unnho ne bataya fir bhi payment kam mila.
