Dr Batra's - Refund needed for discontinuation of treatment

Hospital Complaint Complaint Date: December 4, 2016

I started taking Dr.Batra's treatment from Aundh Clinic, Pune from 26th June,2016, my patient ID is : 214600892230. I paid Rs 15500 for a year long treatment course. First Dr Sneha looked into my case and started treating me. After 4 months of treatment, no results.
Then i was switched to a senior doctor - Dr. Niranjan who tried treating me for 1 month, but no results at all. He then asked me to check with Dr. Anagha Sant in Baner clinic. I went there too, but as it turns out, she was too busy to give me time amidst her other patients. I want to discontinue with Dr. Batra's treatments as I dont see any positive cure in me, however, by consuming so many medicines now, I feel my hormones getting impacted and unsettled.
I called Dr.Batras and asked them to return me my money for remaining almost 7 months. But they refused claiming that there is no such policy.
I need help on this as this is my right being a consumer to get refund on the services that I have not even availed. Had i been paying them in installments, this question would never have arised. Just because they have my money now, I feel like I am trapped. This is an unfair policy against the consumers. I am not asking money for my 5 month treatment, but asking money for the remaining 7 month is my right. Please help me get my refund back.

    I started my treatment in DR batra's in almost may 2020 & paid for 1 year but in 6 months treatment i didn't get any recovery...i am in very stress than i have to start at orher clinic..pls refund my money.

    I do not want to continue the treatment as doctor are not giving proper treatment.I went for acne treatment the issue wasn't resolved.They convinced to pay 6 months. But they are not very experts in solving the issue. Really I am not happy
    I want my refund back for the remaining amount of months. They are not doctors. Very bad service.I don't want to continue.

    I started taking Dr. Batra’s treatment from Panchkula clinic, from 7th August 2022. Registered number is- 6239714738. I paid 16000 for a year treatment. They told me I’m suffering with piles problem, I started taking medicine my condition get more bad, there was continuous blood coming out from my anus, no medicine cure my problem. I got admitted to the hospital and doctors told me to stop taking this medicine and they treated me. They told I’m having fissure not piles. Dr. Batra diagnosed me with different problem. I don’t want to continue my membership, kindly refund my money or i have to take strict action. This is my right being a consumer to get refund on the services that i have not even availed.

    I agree. Same happened with me .no results so far and it's just their business to extract money and play with the emotions of patients.

    It's a mental harrasment to us as we have paid such hefty amount when you asked them to refundbin first month itself they ask you to give some time to the treatment and by so 5 months passes and they deny any settlement....scammers

    Hi, My Name is Twinkle Notnani and I started my treatment for laser hair removal in December 2021 in Jabalpur MP. After I started treatment, I got to know from one of Dr, Batra's Client that she is getting coarse hair after the treatment. I tried to call in the clinic and get my refund for the services I didn't take but they there is no policy of refund. I am asking them to deduct the amount for the service they provided, but they are refusing. This is not fair to patients.

    It seems Dr. Batra's clinic is trying to create a business. Least worried about patient rather only trying to convince them to register at the earliest.
    I visited there Chandigarh Clinic. I met the doctor and after consultation they told me the package system in wgich i had to pay 16,000. As i was not carrying enough amout at the moment, i said(I'll come tommorrow and pay the net amount), they said you memberahip will get end, we won't be able to give you membership. I said i"ll pay 500, remainging tommorrow,replying to which they said atleast 2000 or 1000. I paid 1000 and not satisfied, now i want my refund but they are denying by saying we have no such policy.

    I went to Dr batras clinic in June 2023, I attended one peeling complete session which included 2 time visit,
    I dint like it at all it was full of chemical but now due to personal emergency I want to cancel and get refund of my money as I dint attend any more sessions
    They r denying saying we don't have cancellation policy.
    Even during emergencies they saying this.
    Dr batra is just earning money fooling ppl
    I paid 48000 rupees for 1 year. I want atleast half of my amount back
