Patient Sher Singh Verma admitted in Park Hospital on 25th Oct. for processor w/report R Love liver Abscess need drainage on urgent basis (Report Attached) in Emergency at 2:30pm. Dr. Nk Mandal & Team (Dr. Manjeet, Dr. Lalit) decide to process for next day. Doing ultra sound on 26th Oct., it was Pseudo Pancreatic Cyst in Pancreas & advise for CT scan. Same done at 6pm (Report Attached). Processor not done but patient in critical stage no action taken. 28th Oct. Cyst was rupture and do operation. Now saying NO GI Surgeon in Hospital so you can pull out your Patient for any other Hospital. Patient is in ICU and 3 drain pipes having. For delay & careless Hospital, Staff responsible. Having 3 daughters and may be Job less. Nyay Chaiye……
