I booked a health policy from Religare Health Ins Company vide proposal no.1120001018906 for my wife who had T2 DM and Thyroid since 2010. I have mentioned these PED and high BMI factor wlile submitting online form.At the time of submitting form I was told that a medical test will be conducted by the company and if the result is normal then policy will be issued. accordingly test was conducted and there was no adverse in the result came. Now company instead of issuing the policy they refunded the money by deducting the test fees saying that as the insured person
"exhibit homogenous risk profiles. It is in no way an indicator of your past, present or future state of health".
But my point is if this is the policy then why the test is conducted as it was clearify by me on the application that my wifeexhibit homogenous risk profiles.
This is clearly a mistake from the company for which they want to take "USULI" from me.
So, I may plaese be either issued the policy or they should refund me the whole amount along with penalty as I am harassed by them.
