I WOULD INFORM YOU DUE TO GOT FAINT MY FATHER UMESH CHANDER FALL IN FLOOR AT HOME ON 18.11.18, DUE TO WHICH LOWER PORTION STOPPED MOVING AFTER THAT WE BRING HIM TO MATRIX HOSPITAL HALDWANI WHERE DOCTOR TOLD US TO ADMIT HIM AS PATIENT IS SERIOUS DUE TO CERVICAL SPINE FRACTURE, BUT DUE TO HOSPITAL NOT COVER IN ECHS PANEL WE CALL BRIJ LAL HOSPITAL AND TOLD THE SITUATION AND SPECIALY CONFIRMED THAT WE HAVE ECHS CARD AND WE WILL MAKE THE TREATMENT UNDER ECHS CARD,HOSPITAL AGREES TO PROCESS THE CASE UNDER ECHS PANEL AND ASK TO BRING THE PATIENT, WE BRING FATHER TO BRIJLAL IN EMERGENCY WHERE DOCTORS STARTED THE TREATMENT AND TESTS INCLUDING ( MRI SPINE, MRI BRAIN, CT CERVICAL ETC) AFTER ALL THE TESTS DONE, DOCTOR TOLD US THERE IS FRACTURE IN CERVICAL C6 & C7 AND ADVISE US TO TAKE HIM TO HIGHER CENTER FOR FURTHER TREATMENT, WHEN WE STARTED THE PROCESS TO REFER MY FATHER TO HIGHER CENTER, THE HOSPITAL MAKES A BILL OF 30,000/ AND ASK US TO PAY THE BILL FIRST THEN AFTER PATIENT WILL BE DISCHARGED AND WHEN WE ASK THAT HE IS ARMY PERSON AND HAVE ECHS CARD, AND WE ALREADY CONFIRMED BEFORE COMING TO HOSPITAL ABOUT ECHS CARD, HOW YOU RAISING BILL OF 30000/, BUT THEY DENY TO ACCEPT ECHS CARD AND PRESSURES US TO MAKE CASH PAYMENT THEN PATIENT WILL BE REFERRED TO HIGHER CENTER,AFTER REQUEST FROM OUR FAMILY SIDE TO DOCTORS & TEAM EVEN WITH MANAGEMENT AND MD,BUT THEY FORCES US TO MAKE CASH PAYMENT THEN PATIENT WILL BE REFERRED, SINCE IT WAS EMERGENCY AND MY FATHER WAS VERY UNCONCIOUS, WE MAKE PAYMENT OF 26000/ IN EMERGENCY,THEN THEY REFERRED MY FATHER AND GIVES REPORTS,AFTER THAT WE BRING HIM TO DELHI ON SAME DAY ,TREATMENT STARTED UNDER ECHS PANEL WHERE WE DID NOT PAY BUT AFTER ONE MONTH MY FATHER EXPIRED ( DELHI BILL IS SETTLED UNDER ECHS PANEL), NOW WE KIND REQUEST YOU TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST BRIJ LAL HOSPITAL SO THAT IN FUTURE ANY OTHER PATIENTS WILL NOT FACE THE SAME SITUATION AND ALSO REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY REFUND OUR AMOUNT OF 26000/.
