Complaint about spectacles made with wrong numbers

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I had ordered for progressive lens at Unnao Chashme Wale at Unnao, Uttar Pradesh.
The shopkeeper cut the lens to wrong size due to which near and far vision are not correct.
I have paid 2200/- Rs. and after complaining about lens distance problem he suggested for small frame to correct the distance. i used that also but my spects are not of any use. I asked the shopkeeper about replacing the lenses with correct measurements but he denied.
Please help me and guide accordingly what action to take against him.
