Damaged AC Inverter, I have ordered Midea Split AC inverter 1.5 ton from flipkart

I have ordered Midea Split AC inverter 1.5 ton from flipkart which turned out to be damaged.
Order date: 10 April 2019
Delivery date: 15 April
Installation date: 16 April
Full payment was made through NetBanking system.

Installation technician found out that indoor unit cooling coil is leaking. Because of which the pressure from out door unit wasn't maintained.
He informed his superiors about the issue, according to them as I have purchased the product from flipkart, they can't do anything.
So, I put a request of replacement in flipkart. Which stated - technician visit on 18 April,
pickup date- 21 April
Installation date-24 April.
For which I need to pay, ₹1500 installation charges again.
I have contacted flipkart customer executive over 4 to 5 times from 16april onwards, not receiving appropriate and accurate answer to resolve my issue. Everytime they give me new date of technician visit.

Even I have contacted carrier midea contact centre, no good response says I have purchased from Flipkart.

Till now, no technician have visited to inspect the AC.
And today(19 April) I recieved a SMS from flipkart stating as:
Installation Completed: We trust that Installation for Midea 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC - White with order ID OD115177062032015000 was successfully done. We hope you are happy with the service provided.
This totally wrong. The ac hasn't installated yet. Flipkart executive are simply update wrong information and fooling the customer. After receiving when I contacted flipkart customer care centre, they are now giving me 23rd April for technician visit.
As of now I'm at financial loss of AC- ₹28,999 , installation charges-₹3500 with extra accessories copper pipe, drain pipe, cable, stand. And ₹1500 electrician charges for AC wiring. Total loss of ₹33,999.

Being pregnant I wanted to have some comfort in this summer by installing AC, but right now I'm totally stressed over financial loss and so much mental trauma to deal with this situation. Even I believe, as women I have exploited by the company.
I really need help.
