Product order on 9’th July 2018. Delivery date- 13th July 2018. Return request date- 20th July 2018

My complaint is that I bought a Sony Bravia KLV-32R202F 80 cm (32 inch) from the Tatacliq online shoping,but

TV is Deliver in Broken condition at the time of Delivery. I have complaint many times on the
customer care and email also and the are asking all time we are processing and give you feedback in 48 hour but problem has not Resolved. Finally i have book Return request on 20th July on tatacliq site but not arranged any pickup from tatacliq. i have again compliant customer care they always say we will pickup in 48 hour and now seller has bad response to me,and rejected my return request. This problem has not taken seriously by tatacliq.
Kindly resolve this issue and help me.
Taken immediate action.
