Respected Sir,
My father Surendra Kumar Singh residing at A/2/6 Deepdarshan society, beside shaligram apartment, behind airforce station, Makarpura, Vadodara purchased Lloyd fully automatic front loading washing machine LWMF70 , Serial no. LWMF7020161100372 with 7 k.g. capacity from Radhe Corporation, near auxilium school, Makarpura, Vadodara authorised dealer of Lloyd on 30/09/2017 ,Invoice no. 17-18/000077 via cheque no.255770 .
The washing machine was delivered on same day but upto ground floor only and was taken up by us to first floor where it was to be installed. After keeping it at correct place I called the Radhe corporation for installation but they denied. After repeated reminder a service personnel was send on 03/10/2017. It was already delay in service and the man who was send said us to do the plumbing work first and after that he will give demo only which is totally unjustified and arbitrary. As company is liable for the installation of washing machine which also includes every work related to installation. The man went back and since that day no one has come for demo which leads to deficiency in service by the Lloyd company.
Since, I have purchased washing machine for a specific purpose but due to such deficiency in service and this kind of behaviour by such an esteemed company has led to mental and physical harassment for me and my family as purpose for which washing machine was purchased is not being fulfilled.
So,I request you to do the needful and take necessary action for installation of washing machine including the plumbing work as it has been already delayed service otherwise I will be compelled to file a complaint against such an arbitrary and malicious act which also amounts to unfair trade practice and deficiency in service by the company in appropriate forum for compensation for mental and physical harassment faced by us during this period.
