We ordered a refrigerator from amazon on 24th of June. The product was delivered on 30th of June and stopped working on 19th july. Since then we have reached out to Whirpool service centre multiple times but have not received any response.
We asked for replacement, but the dealers stated the product is not available when I can clearly see it on the website and deliverable at my pin code in Bangalore. After 1 month, they offered to change compressor, we agreed. After 20 days it again stopped working and same has happened 2 times. They are not responding to our calls, not agreeing to replace the product when its clearly defective.
