Dear Sir/ Medam,
I have complaints again water purifier Dr.Aquagurd.
I am really disappointed on the service and product. Please read the below compliant carefully.

• The product brought in 2018 July 30, within the same month the got problem. After N number of time followup the product got replaced.
• Again I found same problem like filter and other issues, again and again I have been chasing for service, after so many followup they will do service.
• They ask me to AMC, I took but no use, I have been facing same the issues once in a two month. Looks the product has some issues and the services is very very poor. this bloody product made my life hell and put me shame front of my family.
• Recently from March 2020 I have raised multiple ticket but they came to do service in May month but in next day again problem.

As their advise i took AMC but use less, i lodged a complaints in March till now no services done no technician visited and if i call they will no respond and after multiple follow-up they are asking me buy new booster pump 3000+ pay for filter 5000 = 8000, after spending 25,000+ buying water from outside + visiting Eureka forbes Sanjay nagar office. i spent more money in this.
